      Pros

      As a completely remote company, they have created a wonderful culture making it seem like you are in the same office as your colleagues. Everyone is friendly and supportive, knowing we are all working towards the same goals.

      Cons

      You should be someone who can motivate yourself, although you have a great team around you, you still need to have the right mindset. If you do, then you'll be fine.

      Love the company and the culture

      Pros

      The company is filled with talented and smart people working on a great product that shows when customers talk really highly of it. Not just that, the people are really great, smart and have created a really healthy remote-first culture which allows you to invest time in your own life. There are a ton of pros to list so this list may be too short. All in all, if you're getting an offer from PriceLabs, go for it!

      Bad managers, worse schedule

      Bad managers, at least in my team Gatekeeping as well, as there are more and more tasks and goals added in order to be promoted as time goes by, and the rules are applied arbitrarily as well. Said rules don't make a lot of sense either, but be aware that once you make any kind of constructive criticism, not only will this be in vain, but management tends to take it personally. They talk a lot about being honest, but in my experience, I don't believe opinions are well-received. Salary is on the low end The schedule is rather bad, often having to work on weekends, or 6 days in a row with a comp off day in the middle of the week, instead of the normal 2 off days in a row. So that you can work 6 days in a row, have 1 day off, and then work again for example.
