Very unprofessional firm. I'm surprised they don't having any lawsuits pending. Not somewhere you can stay very long. Witnessed and was asked to participate in unethical behavior on multiple occasions.

The culture here is terrible and employees are worked too hard. Work life balance is compromised even though working remotely is an option. The CEO hires executive-level people to build his empire and allows them to mistreat people under them. When those people are mistreated, he doesn't get both sides nor does he protect them. The executive management he hires (some, not all) are out for themselves. They will step on, stomp on, and throw anyone under the bus that gets in their way. I feel HR has processes in place but does not follow through with fully executing those processes when necessary.
