Pros
Where to start. There are lots of benefits to Prime Appointments, but I think the main one isn't found in a benefit package. The company prides itself on the fact its family run, and this ethos is installed into the culture. Your voice matters at Prime, any feedback is always considered & you know the company has your back through thick and thin. Plus, if your very well rewarded for the work you put back in to the business. There's a sense of togetherness at Prime which is very rare to find.
Cons
The only downside that springs to mind is the pension contribution is the statutory amount and still lags behind competitors as a benefit.
