Pros

Absolutely none and in fact, I hope that they lose any great talent to better property management companies as they do not deserve good employees.

Cons

Terrible management, Human Resources, CEO and corporate office. The fact that I wrote a review 5 years ago regarding my actual terrible experience with the company, and they just today wrote a response HALF A DECADE LATER without so much as a "sorry we fell short" which they DID and obviously continue to do. They instead continue to give excuses for their lackluster, greedy, selfish business structure and culture. PLEASE consider elsewhere if you are looking for a property management company to become a part of. You should have just left my review alone, to be honest.

We appreciate you taking the time this past Friday to publish a second review and are sorry to read about your experience again. To be clear, we are not offering excuses for any shortcomings that you may have faced during your time at Prime. It is unfortunate and we can only try to learn from our mistakes and do better. And yes, we strongly encourage candidates to consider different property management companies before choosing to apply at Prime. Ultimately, we want to hire candidates who are excited to work for us and who uphold the same core beliefs and principles that we do. We have demonstrated a long-standing responsibility to creating and nurturing an environment where employees feel valued, heard, and respected, and at this moment in time, anything opposite of that is simply not tolerated or ignored.

Pros

The dogs in the community

Cons

Horrible place! Posted a review years ago and I just got a reply today. This person replying must be new or must work for ABLE (get it ABLE takes forever)!!! When I was there management was always calling patrol “the help”. Making fun of employees and vendors, I was a witness to this in many occasions. There’s a manager who goes after the young kids and has children by the youngsters. (Hide your children or that manager will go after them). We weren’t allowed to speak to other departments. Some managers get kickbacks from vendors, again I’m a witness to this. You can’t go to HR because they are family with the owner and if you are not liked nothing is ever done instead you’re the one who gets in trouble for complaining and what you complain about is not confidential. There is NO culture here! Wish you the best of luck in trying to change the non culture that you are obviously hiding. I got sick from this place and ended up in the hospital and got really sick, I’m still suffering from what working here did to me. Please do not work here, you’ll end up at the hospital like many past employees. Better places out there who actually do value and care about their employees. And like your reply earlier I don’t and will never have anything positive to say about this depressive place which obviously you are new and don’t know how bad this place is. The managers sleeping around with the vendors, flirting, sending selfies, the bullying, the making fun of employees and residents which I heard many many times in meetings. The meeting back then we’re not meetings instead is was the hour to make fun of everyone.

We are disappointed to hear that you are still suffering from your sickness. Our Employee Hotline is available if there is anything further that we can assist you with. That number is 844-221-4902. On the topics of how we operate, we in fact highly encourage cross-departmental collaboration at Prime. By working together and toward a common goal, we can gather the brightest and best ideas and perspectives to each new challenge. On the subjects of poking fun, bullying, harassment, and misappropriation of funds, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any of these behaviors and encourage all employees to speak directly with our Human Resources team if any of these actions are experienced or observed.

Pros

One thing I gained from working for this company is the reminder of my worth. I have never felt so belittled in my entire life until I worked for Prime.

Cons

Prime will work you to your bone. They will suck the living life out of you. Prime will expect you to work endless hours, expect you to handle all tasks in all positions at minimal pay. Complaints of harassment, bullying, and hostility within the work place is ignored. Regardless of the number of employees that are brave enough to come forward or numerous amounts of residents who complain.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to read about your experience at Prime. What you described does not align with our culture, nor does it align with our pay philosophy. On the contrary, our Human Resources team and managers are continually evaluating and updating our pay models and listening closely to feedback on how we can better support our valued associates. The same can be said for our dedicated employee engagement teams who spend countless hours creating training material and programs that celebrate and uphold Prime’s values. We deeply appreciate our employees and regularly recognize the work that they do day in and day out—whether it is through authentic and on the fly praise or formal callouts at monthly meetings and quarterly town halls. We even maintain an ongoing program that awards and honors employees for their ideas in improving efficiencies and workflows at Prime. Finally, any form of bullying and harassment is absolutely not tolerated and we encourage all our employees to speak directly with our Human Resources team to voice their concerns. We also offer an Employee Hotline as an option for employees to voice their grievances anonymously. This number is 844-221-4902.
