My experience was terrible. I was pushed out of the company by an executive and a group of girls that wanted to keep the account I was working on. They bullied me. Said belittling things daily about me. One of them even knocked lemonade on my desk hoping to ruin my phone. I was called names to my face in front of management and nothing was done. Unless you are part of the "family" as they call it. Run away. This is a terrible place to work.

Supervisors that don't know the job they are supervising,too many supervisors,low pay no room to advance ,advice is ignored .owner is a extreme micro manager ,machines are in very very poor condition etc etc .owner try's to save a dime by spending a dollar ,will not pay for overtime schedule is a mess
