      This company is definitely a turnaround, which started when the board brought in a professional CEO, Sean Moriarty. I think he has changed the company for the better - changing out his management team and underperformers, having us focus on gov't clients, and driving for tangible results. I do think that the toughest part about the turnaround is behind us. We've closed some meaty deals recently. So, now it's about over-delivering for our new customers and executing...and then continually executing.

      Working here has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a Technical Delivery Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to support some of the most intelligent, driven engineers I’ve ever worked with—front-end, back-end, and data science. The company is tackling some of the toughest problems in AI, and the work being done here has the potential to truly revolutionize the world. The pace is fast, but the work is meaningful. There’s strong collaboration across disciplines, and leadership empowers teams to take ownership. The energy in the company is inspiring—we’re not just building products, we’re building the future of AI.

      With ambitious goals and a high-performing culture, the workload can be intense. But if you’re passionate about AI and want to work with brilliant minds on important problems, it’s absolutely worth it.

      * Strong vision to apply AI towards a compelling vision * Solid talent across the board, with engineering thought leaders, an entirely rebuilt leadership team, and a strong, new GTM organization * Great GTM momentum that aligns customer need with cutting edge technology * Supportive investors and a peerless board (both directors and advisors)

      Cons

      * In spite of a long history, feels like a 1-2 year old startup (both pro and con) * Typical startup growing pains causes occasional thrash * Remote/hybrid setup is convenient, but could stand to have better in-office collaboration
