I honestly can't think of any reason to work there. Maybe some of the people. Some of the people are great.
Cons
* INTENSE micromanagement
* Extremely poor communication
* Very poor planning - they basically run by the seat of their pants
* Constant monitoring of all phone and computer communication
* No path to advancement
* No freedom to actually DO your job
* Benefits were not very good and were expensive
