Pros

Fantastic benefits and perks! They really spoil their employees with perks. I'm talking free breakfast and lunch, exercise room, swimming pool (with hot tub), sport court, massages on Mondays and many fun random activity days. Also the people are amazing. Always very nice and welcoming.

Cons

While the perks are awesome, they are only the cool aid that blinds you from what the company lacks. The biggest being low pay. They claim to compete with industry compensation but this is a lie. They also claim they will give and reward you for your work performance, also a lie. The next and biggest con that will have an impact on an employee is that upper management doesn't have a clue what its doing. Especially in the IT department. They are indecisive and take it out on employees. If they do have a plan in action they are secretive about it which gives the entire company uneasy feelings as they tend to do a group let go about once a year. Also if you are not a 'culture-fit' do not expect to be there very long. Must want to exercise, stay late and work from home, and be outgoing to fit in here.

Pros

Great perks, casual dress.

Cons

Senior Management relies on one or two peoples opinions rather than taking everyone into consideration. Be expected to work hard and continually have to check in rather than being trusted to get things done. Lots of layoffs with little to no explanation besides not fitting the culture. Poor communication.
