The culture is an absolute joke. This company does not practice what it preaches whatsoever. Most employees work 2 jobs to make a living wage and no raises are given. The "profit-share" hasn't happened in 3 years and probably never will. I was retroactively "fired" from PFS when I turned in my notice while on UNPAID maternity leave. While dealing with the birth of my son, and one month after him being in ICU for a week, PFS decided to make me pay back my insurance premiums out of spite. In addition to medical costs, I owed them $1,300, which ended up being my 401k cashed out considering they hadn't paid me the 8 weeks I was on maternity leave. THANKS PFS. I pity anyone who says this is a "great place to work." Either they are still drinking the Kool-Aid, or just really haven't worked at a place of employment where trust and respect are given.

They will entice you with "words' about how great their "system" is for employees. But, you are only there for one reason... to fill the pockets of a crock owner. Terrible benefits and they lie about the employee ownership program. The people who work here do so because they have to until they can find an honest company to work for.
