      Pros

      Good people, okay pay. Big dreams of being great -one day. When the mood is high life is good -though brief.

      Cons

      Company direction changes day to day which causes loads of uncertainty and confusion.

      This review is not for Pro Motion, Inc. STL MO. Not a title we have ever had. Our company has a pay for performance culture and we pay for contributions. Unfortunately, there are other companies with similar names in the marketplace.

      Pros

      Positivity, company-wide encouragement and support, constantly evolving, flexible schedules. As long as you give 100% and are willing to adapt, Pro-Motion is a wonderful work environment.

      Cons

      Goals and self-growth outlook sometimes ambiguous Advice to management: Continue to set a high standard and the company will continue to grow. Keep the intrinsically motivated employees satisfied and great things will happen.
