      Pros

      work from home & co-workers are phenomenal. Extremely fair in giving bonuses and commissions until the pay structure changed.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. Very large gap between Sales and Operations/Recruiting Team

      Great close-knit team that's always encouraging and uplifting. Great room for growth and earning potential.

      Only negative thing to say is we don't get together enough.
