Pros
I loved working at ProTrans because my shift was so welcoming. We were very close and worked great together! They also always have your back if you need it. I also enjoyed the work/life balance.
Cons
I don’t know where to start. I would give -5 stars if possible. The management here allowed me to get sexually harassed twice by my shift supervisor within the first week of working there. Later on, that same shift supervisor came in drunk. For some reason they disciplined me instead of firing him after I had no choice but to speak up on the situation. Most of the men (out of management) does not care for women. You will get yelled at for riding on a hi-lo, screamed at randomly, all frustrations taken out on you, and you’ll constantly get blamed for “messing up” even if you do everything above and beyond. Men go in the WOMENS bathroom!!! The system is VERY messed up here and I was so glad to get out. I wanted to quit on day 1. HR also will not listen to you about your concerns. Please, please avoid this place if you can. The pay is not worth the suffering that my coworkers and me have endured.
