      Pros

      This company truly cares about their employees. They always ask for employees' suggestions/ideas and are always available to listen to and address employees' concerns. I've never worked at a company like this one.

      Pros

      It's like being on a sports team here - a well oiled machine! Everyone has their responsibility, does their part and everything gets done. We all genuinely like each other so that makes it easier. I also feel like I have a voice and am part of the decisionmaking process with tasks asked of us. Upper management is very approachable. The see how hard everyone works for them and reward generously. Benefits and pay are equivalent to others in the industry. I'd recommend working here.

      Awesome Company

      Pros

      TPG is a great company. I worked with them for 10 years. Unfortunately my hotel was sold and they did not have any other opportunity in the area for me. TPG benefits are great the corporate office support is outstanding and I just love all the staff I worked with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable caring company.
