      Poor management and continual disrespect from senior employees

      Pros

      This company as a whole is a great company and is very philanthropic with their earnings giving lots to charities.

      Cons

      Management and Senior level leadership is highly unfair and favoritism is rampant throughout the different departments. For those trying to make a name for yourself, get ready for the middle school mentality where backstabbing and black balling is a common daily occurrence.
