      Pros

      Lots of hours just talk to manager and they’ll work it out. Team environment. Point system and if your serious worker. don’t worry

      Cons

      Sometimes you stay a little longer sometimes you leave early it’s all about getting the product to the back to send to the trucks. Idk if this is a con bc like I said teamwork don’t kill urself tho. And some managers will close up if production is too slow
