      Pros

      Remote working is nice, other than that nothing.

      Cons

      lack of structure They want enterprise-level companies but their not willing to invest in their image or marketing OR internal sales. They'll fire you without warning, "not Perfomance based" and absolutely GAUGE you with pay. No severance, no equity, and they'll give you a weeks worth of pay. Absolute sinking ship do not work here!!! Check out GRIN, Mvrick, or Aspire IQ, they have their structure in place.

      Erratic expectations and strategy

      Pros

      The pay was great! Base rate was very high. Commission was unreliable though and few sales were made. Flexible work schedule was really nice. Working from home was a godsend and they provided that. Time off was easy and supported.

      Cons

      Leadership has unreasonable expectations around enterprise sales. Strategy changed weekly. This meant we never figured out what worked and never refined out strategy. After changing strategy at least 1 time a week for two months they fired the BDR team. No notice, no PIP, no indication that things were getting tight. On Monday I was told we had lots of time to figure our strategy out and not to worry. On Wednesday they laid everyone off.

      Fast paced, fun and hard

      Pros

      fast paced and full of highly skilled people. company is growing exceptionally well, especially since there is no marketing team to help spread the word. if you have an idea or market feedback, you *will* have your fingerprints on the product - which is really cool. product is unique and differentiated in the market.

      Cons

      Company's lack of resources - eg: no marketing team, no in-house finance and billing team. This means we need to have people doing things that are not part of their job at bigger companies, and the company doesn't have the best processes in place yet - so it can feel a bit crazy at times.
