      Flexible working hours 30 days holidays (when you have time to take them)

      Cons

      Consistently & officially overworked and when the work is not completed on time or to satisfactory standard you are bullied onto a performance review. Given the responsibility the salary is very low and not worth the stress and extra unpaid overtime you have to put in to manage workload.
