Toxic environment with extreme micromanagement and no support

No work life balance Micromanagement at peak, they use a tool to take the snapshot your screen every minute and HR go through it and ask if screen is ideal for 5 minutes. This tool monitors hours too, if your screen time is less than 8 hours, HR will call you and tell you that you are not working properly irrespective of the client feedback. You receive no recognition for good work but get reminded every time if screen is ideal for 5 minutes or if you worked less than 8 hours according to that tool. No team support, senior doesn’t care about your well being. If project ended, no job security either.

Team members genuinely support each other, and management has always been approachable and transparent in communication. The learning opportunities here are continuous — regular training by industry experts keeps your skills sharp and relevant. Flexible timings and work-from-home options have made it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance throughout my tenure. One of the best decisions of my career was joining this company.

Cons

The company is already excellent in almost all areas. Nothing negative for now.
