Pros

The firm as a whole in the Charlotte office has amazing people.

Cons

- Will not hire adequate staff to balance out workloads. - Compensation appears to lag behind market standards, with professionals in comparable roles and experience levels at other firms earning approximately $6K–$10K more. - There is a perception that internal promotions are not a current priority.

Pros

This is an ESOP company, so you automatically own stock as an employee. "People first" feels real here. While clients and jurisdictions have demands that we meet, the people are flexible to individuals' personal demands too. Get your work done well and you will be a valuable member of the team.

Cons

As the company grows, growing pains are evident. Leadership is stretched thin as they adjust the quantity of employees and geographic locations. Transparency is high when you ask questions, but often not volunteered.
