Great people and atmosphere, it give a sense of a bigger picture. Working in international community having impact in home country

Cons

It is sometimes hard to connect being an officer, a mentor and the uni work. One might get too many mentees.

Pros

As a manager I was supported in making decisions that impacted the organization and programs. The work is rewarding and impactful. It was one of the few jobs where everyone at the org had a good heart and truly wanted each other to succeed. I found working alongside developers and co-workers rewarding but supporting my team and watching them grow into strong innovative professionals was my favorite part.

Hiring in some areas was difficult
