Pros

Just about anyone with a pulse can land a ‘job’ here

Cons

- Your job consists of walking around department stores harassing customers to buy cable - Non livable base pay - Management invites you to team events where you waste your own gas and spend your own money. They literally don’t/can’t even buy your meal at team dinners. - Job duties aren’t clearly communicated until 2nd or 3rd interview so that you don’t walk out on them early on

Reviewer, It's clear we did not part on good terms, as your review is laden with cons. Perhaps we can clear some of them together. 1) No, not just anyone is hired. We receive over 500 applications a week on average when an open position is listed and hire less than 5. 2) Correct, we do not pay for every single team members meal at office gatherings. Team events are optional and not mandatory. 3) We work in big-box retailers, not department stores. We're extremely confident in the retail sales we do for our clients and have no reason to misled an interviewee who would quickly find out their job responsibilities. That makes no sense as a business. 4) To confirm, you have an issue with dressing professionally in the office and motivational meetings? It is clear we were not, mutually, a great fit professionally. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Project millennium has been one of the best things to acquire ample amounts of knowledge not only with management but over all human psychology. One can develop vast skills not only with people you encounter but within oneself. It’s an excellent program for anyone looking to develop management and build an amazing career and opportunity. There’s always a ladder to climb in any job or aspect in life; and this is the ladder worth climbing!

Cons

Nothing at all, really nothing.

Pros

My experience so far in my career with Project Millennium has been nothing short of amazing. I am provided the stability I need to grow in a sales environment and well as the hands on development. Promotions are merit based and evaulated by true ability. I have broken many skillset barriers that I never even imagined being able to reach and exposed to so much more of my own capability. On top of all that it is awesome to be around people who enjoy their day to day. Team moral is protected here and I really value that. I never used to be the type of person that would write a review raving about how much I enjoy my "job" but thanks to my development here I have a career now and the ability to take on whatever challenges come my way. Great job to my management team you guys are highly appreciated! :)

Cons

Listen, with development comes challenges. My trainer told me that I'd be constantly challenged and pushed out of my comfort zone pertaining to my growth. I didn't/don't always like that; I mean that makes sense its my 'comfort zone' for a reason. Great thing is all trainers have an open door policy and are ready to work through these challenges WITH you. Dressing professional and getting daily motivating pertaining to my growth is SOOOO horrible. ;) Jk - Keep it up team!

Hi Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful and kind review. You are correct that promotions are only merit-based as we do run a management training program. We are happy to hear that you are not only learning new skills but having a blast while doing so. We are excited to watch you continue to grow and develop with the company. Sincerely, Project Millennium, Inc . Management Team
