      -Flexible Time Off (Unlimited vacation)

      -Impressively disappointing recent "renovation" -1970s culture (from management styles to technology) -Lack of defined/documented processes throughout the organization -Culture of fear created/perpetuated by upper management (Bob) -Outdated systems (and by the time you convince upper management to invest in a new system it will surely become outdated) -Lack of leadership within the HR department
