At Prologis, we pride ourselves on our high employee engagement scores. It’s disappointing to hear your experience does not reflect our overall culture. We do have ongoing manager training to help all our managers become strong, inclusive people leaders and we hold them accountable through our annual anonymous employee survey. What’s more, we are always adding new curriculum to continue strengthening these skills, like our new Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Leadership Journey.
