Pros
Really nice people. High profile clients. Great building - nice patio, kitchen, parking and close to lots of good lunch options - which adds to a nice environment. Everyone gets along and works together to get the job done. Has pretty good work/life balance. Fun agency culture activities and outings. Seems to be on an upswing with new blood.
Cons
Super tight, unrealistic timelines add to stress and lowers the quality of the work. Nepotism for sure - everyone in the owner's family is on the payroll. Work has to be done for the family member's weddings and engagements. Not great for morale.
