Poor management, poor executives, poor everything They have no direction, they make things up as they go No raises, basic benefits, no opportunities for advancement = high turn over.

Management is not up to par on how to manage staff. They are very reactive instead of being proactive. One wrong move and you're out the door. In my short tenure I saw several fired instead of using issues as a learning opportunity, management plays favortism and lets people go for minor offenses and mainly because of misunderstandings. They disguise to be a great company but serioulsy flawed.
