Somewhat flexibility in your schedule, depending on where you live rent could be cheap or free. You get reimbursed for mileage and your cell phone.
Cons
Poorly managed overall. All but one of the portfolio managers really care about their property managers. They will work you to death without a care in the world. No one on the corporate office actually cares about your needs or even your safety. They ask you for suggestions but take nothing to heart. You may as well be talking to a brick wall. And don't have multiple properties because it's a true set up for failure. Furthermore don't get on anyone's bad side or you will be out of job fast with no real honest explanation. This company has lost some good people due to their greed for money and abuse of power.
