      Great people to work for. As a military member, they definitely look out for you.

      Cons

      I wish I would have asked for 401K benefit to begin at the time of employment. 6 months of service before benefits kick in...at least that was the case in 2012. Also, 3% is not that great, time to up to 5% or better.
