A bit of headache at work
Pros
Convenient area. Depends on department, got work life balance (when non peak events day) Stable job, if you don’t have too much ambition. A place allow to retire. Allow free travel every year.
Cons
Bosses very indecisive, unsure what they want. Always wanted it urgently when no proper briefing is given. Enjoy giving last minute notice which happens on the actual event day itself. Very unprofessional, which made all the staff not doing their job right. The most headache part is brief not clear, I always need to play the part of guessing game, what my boss wanted. By the time my works get approved, I miss the dateline, being blame by the management. Hiaz They got some weird cultural, depending how you view it. (To me is outdated but that is just my point of view) They like to play favourably, which sometime make me feel like not been worthy it in the company.
