Pros
I love the family atmosphere, Propulsion is a small company that wants to grow. Lot of support if needed, everybody knows what is expected and have the tools to perform. Communication is straightforward, which is pretty cool in my opinion.
Cons
Perhaps the coffee, but they bought a new one. More seriously, it could be related to the work balance, but that's the deal with an ambitious startup.
