1) Understaffed 2) HR is in New York - you never ever feel like you are catered for or even speak to them about anything 3) Line managers aren't the best. Can make you feel bad daily 4) VERY CLIQUEY - you need to fit in and have same banter otherwise you will be shut out 5) Sold dreams at the interview 6) No diversity in staff whatsoever, in work and they don't really care 7) Very American company and adopt this globally it doesn't matter if you are from UK

The pay is terrible, significantly below industry standards which is appalling given they charge more than most competitors. Company culture is atrocious. Extremely cliquey, seniors speak horribly about junior staff and new starters. Will not give you criticism as it happens but will instead gossip and bring it up formerly in your reviews as an excuse not to promote you. Very much an American firm with an office in London. Not diverse at all, ethnically or socially. You have to be a very specific type of person to thrive here (white, privately educated, cookie cutter, two-faced)
