Pros
The company is in a very exciting period of growth, and it was very enjoyable to be part of that. I'm continuously surprised and impressed by how the company is developing. The CEO cares very much for the well being of his employees and because of this the company has a family feel to it.
Cons
A few years back when the company was small, everybody could grow organically with their roles to achieve great positions. Now the company has many more employees it's time for more defined career paths (both horizontal and vertical) to enable employees to understand what career options are available at Proteintech. At the time I left, I felt I had hit a dead end so had to leave to progress my career.
