    Pros

    None I can think of

    Cons

Severe bullying problem by both senior managers and consultants who are encouraged to behave in this way by senior managers Top billers also bully junior staff Low pay Micro management - worst I’ve ever seen Constantly go back on promises to their staff They cut teachers pay to line own pockets No autonomy Blame culture If you question anything you’re told you don’t know what you’re doing Consultants are spoken to like dirt by senior managers and are bullied into being able to speak up or have an opinion

I worked at Protocol Education full-time for less than a year

    Pros

We would get a good morning from managers if we were lucky

    Cons

A really unpleasant environment to work in. Just so awful. Micro managing, gossiping from managers, heavily target focused. No fun or incentives to push you at all. If they dont like you as a person or challenge them in the slightest they will push you out. Unfair company to work for.

I have been working at Protocol Education full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Unfortunately can't think of any

    Cons

Respect goes a long way as well as manners. Please bring back the old CEO, was an absolute gem who everyone loved. Senior management are bullies, put you down infront of the whole office and make you feel terrible. It's not how it used to be and people are dropping like flies, why they can't see that blows my mind. Consultants are going to other competitors and are letting all the hard working, reliable, trustworthy consultants leave. It's really not how it used to be, this is clearly due to the management they are hiring. If you don't perform they push you out and start the bullying process. They take no healthy issues into consideration. HR unfortunately don't listen and take senior management side at all times. They also take no health issues into consideration and basically have the attitude of if you don't like it then leave. They put the top billers who are also bullies on a pedal stool and are treated very different to the consultants that work so hard and still get treated disrespectful. A few top billers talk about other people and should be ashamed of themselves, really nasty people some of them and need to take bullying seriously. Just a overall horrible environment and wouldn't be surprised if they close soon due to these reason. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
