The job is fairly easy to do, the pay is okay, and the PTO is okay.

Cons

Management is absolutely corrupt and horrendous, HR is a nightmare, and it is a very toxic work environment. If your issues do not reside with upper management and their favoritism issues, you will have issues with the service department.

The administration and co-workers were very nice, and the pay and benefits were good.

Cons

There was almost no communication or consistency. If you asked 4 administrators for the correct process/procedure you would get 4 different answers. Then if you did what one told you the other 3 would say you did it wrong.
