      Pros

      An expanding count of employees allows you to interact with many new people on a regular basis, and the CEO is directly available for the employees so it makes organisational procedures very easy and within the grasp of each employee.

      Cons

      We really need to figure that out soon, although like every start-up, the onboarding and off boarding rates of the organisation is quite high.
