Pros

Easy work/life balance - rarely would you work over 40 hours a week. Casual dress code and you can work from home.

Cons

Extremely high employee turnover. Usually you don't find out someone has left the company until after they're gone. They will hire anyone even if you've been out of a job for a year or lack a specific skill set. Poor benefits and compensation. If they tell you they offer high bonuses, that is a lie. Upper management is terrible. Worst I've ever experienced.

Pros

Great place to get varied experience across lots of different sectors - I have worked in retail, financial services and public sector in the space of the last year. Really good team ethos and a brilliant place to learn. I feel like I've had the equivalent experience of 5 jobs in time i've been here

Cons

Long hours at times when client deadlines require it but management are really good at giving you flexibility to make up for that
