      This company employs some of the most talented, hard working, sincere and well-intentioned staff members encountered in a 20-year professional career.

      Cons

      The ownership and management of this company consistently fail to recognize their employees as the valuable commodity that they are. Job descriptions are nonexistent, salaries are poor at best, there is no process for evaluation or performance review, and employees who deliver efforts above and beyond that of a typical output go unrecognized and uncompensated. No effort is ever enough to satisfy the owners of this company and there is little to no acknowledgment or regard for an individual's personal and/or family life and circumstance; their employees are viewed as machines; dispensable cogs in a wheel, existing solely to generate cash flow into the owners' pockets. Discrimination based upon race, sexual orientation and gender is blatant and runs rampant.
