The best thing about working at the Prudential Center is meeting respectful guests that value you.
Cons
Considering that this company is a company that raves about excellence, the staff and supervisors are shockingly disorganized. Supervisors will never tell you about how well you are doing or what needs to be improved, but will be extremely vocal about your shortcomings. Sometimes, they will do so in public, in front of guests. I found myself asking how these people were found to do these jobs. Many of them are young and it's clear that they've never been in a role of authority.
