Toxic environment - Avoid

Pros

Remote, flexible and the European contingent of staff are lovely!

Cons

They say a fish rots from the head, and the same can be said about PC. The current hierarchy, are nasty, gaslighting, bullies, who will do anything to stay afloat in their position. They play a very clever game of freezing people out, to make them feel unwelcome (to make them quit, instead of making them redundant), never give straight answers, and will happily chuck other people under the bus, to stay in power (It’s happened with some management within the last year). The tech isn’t great, there’s no clear vision, and the place is tanking very fast, as their revenues slump. Avoid this place like the plague.
