Pros

Working environment is quiet friendly, your learning curve will always go up as lots of new things are implemented. Seniors are very helpful. Your will experience an international working environment, mostly all the clients are from American and European Continent. If you have the capability then sky is your limit in Pulsus as the growth depends on you and your working nature.

Cons

Saturdays are working. At least 2 Saturdays should be off because there is no use of working on Saturday as its officially off in USA and European Countries

1. Work environment 2. Mostly everyone will be freshers can able to socialize easily if you are ambivert.

Cons

• Worst Management • TLs don't give a damn about you and treat you like slaves. • There will be no proper training provided. • No promotions • If you're a newbie, no one will usually aid you, so you'll have to learn to survive on your own. • If no revenue is generated for the company after three months, your salary will be held. • I could go on, but I'm too lazy to type.
