Cons
The company is weird. Leaving staff members are not allowed leaving cards and if you try to provide a card to an employee you are pulled into a meeting room as they don't 'celebrate leavers' Communication between leadership and staff is terrible. Owners of the company openly disagree in front of staff and will ask staff to perform work actions but not tell other employees. No sick pay. No increased holiday for loyalty. You may be asked to do unusual things such as get a bag from the owners car as it has his umbrella and doesn't want to get wet later. Lies to clients, will purposely advertise products and functions that they do not do to increase revenue. Over charges clients on services they can not provide and ask the team to back up the lies. Asked to do weird things like stretching as a group to boost sales, go on walks to also to boost sale etc. My advice is to avoid Punch.
