Lots of fish to sell, all sorts, from small ones to big ones and all sizes in between. Can't really complain.

Cons

My friends say I smell. And I'd prefer deliveries to be on a Wednesday. That's about it really.

In the last few years a number of leadership has changed. The new leadership has supported the group's creativity and ideation. This has lead to many improvements coming from operators, supervisors, and engineers that would have been much more difficult to prove out previously. It has been a ton of fun and truly feels like we consider failure as a step to success and not a negative.

Cons

We are still working out the kinks on who wears which hats and when they do versus should. This is more of a personal deal I am working on, as I have positioned myself as a go to for some simple part replacement and have become the default many times for that, instead of going through the proper channels.
