Puro Wellness Pvt Ltd. is a wonderful concept started by a sensibly smart person and backed financially by Torrent Pharma aimed to addressing unhealthy food and supplement problems of Indian consumers.
Cons
The work culture at Puro Wellness is extremely bad, the founder is not at all involved in day to day business and the business is managed by an immature egoistic person who thinks of himself nothing less than God and is master at exploiting people. One fails to understand that even after being booted and terminated from various companies including Torrent Pharma, why this man is in such critical position with this young startup in incubation stage. The product concept is great and thats about it, practically the company is in operational mess and irrespective of your department or roll you would be asked to do sales. In last one year lots of senior team member have left because of their issues with the COO. I too left sometime back and advise others to stay away from this company.
