Pros
I reported directly to the CEO of PurpleTutor on key business metrics, and I was always struck by his reasoning and analytical skills. He has a unique ability to distill complex data into actionable insights, and his number-crunching style helped me improve my understanding of data analysis. What sets him apart as a CEO is his excellent communication skills. He is a patient listener and is always open to ideas from employees at all levels. His ability to make everyone feel heard creates a positive work environment. His impressive educational background (an IIT graduate and an IIM post-graduate) is evident in the way he takes care of the daily operations of the business. I highly recommend PurpleTutor as a great place to learn and interact with a CEO.
Cons
Overall, I have had a positive experience working at my company, and while there is always room for improvement, I have no significant negative feedback to share."
