*Forget about the poor Account Development Reps (they are doomed making 40k a year with no support in the office at 5am) this review is for the Account Executives.*
In 6 months, leadership was on one of my calls. Ultimately, they were literally non existent and couldn't even do the demo we were required to do for customers.
There are ZERO women on the the inside OR outside sales teams.
There are zero African Americans in the company, let alone the sales team.
This is a company, who focuses on the "high church" transparently.
You will hear from sales people and leadership "we dont sell to black or latin churches, because they are unreliable."
This is a company led by very young and inexperienced leadership, a place where friends take care of friends.
This is a company where less than 10% of the sales team makes quota and no one get put on plan or anything, because its expected.
This is a company where you will compete with reps who have states like NY+NJ+CT and you will get "delaware", while being expected to compete with them....
This is a company that will have you take sales calls for other reps because your territory is so bad and theirs is so fertile. ( you don't get paid on making other reps money in case you were wondering.)
This is a "Christian" company that fired 1/3 of its sales team AND a manager, on GOOD FRIDAY! And provided the narrative that this was to ensure the remaining sales reps had enough leads to hit their number...the result?
Nothing changed, most reps still never even hit 50%...instead, everyone just feared losing their jobs.
This is a failing company, one of the CEOs left recently and they have NO CLUE what their competition is doing.
This is a company that does people Really, really wrong...then hides behind religion as a shield.
They claim to have a mission of engaging the youth, of "modernizing" the church...but this is just another failed attempt at blending capitalism and Christianity...these are the snake oil pastors of 2018, in SAAS/Mobile app form.
These people, just want to make their investors happy. They don't care about the Church and they 100% don't care about their employees. (that is, unless they are buddies from New Life Hillsong or elevation..or you are from New Zealand.)
In closing...
I didn't write this review for a long time because I didn't want to effect the "good" people who work there, but then it hit me.
There is no one good who works there, because everyone knows what is going on... but no one does or says ANYTHING.
