Oh well well, where do we start, lets start with the people in this company,
Filled with absolutely hopeless and people with no motivation, ready to drag you down for anything and everything. Politics politics politics ...no one wants to do their work , software engineering k name pe dhabba h ye log.
work pressure - Its too much for software engineers...there is no timeline , they don't know what they are making/developing...just some imagined features of 10 products mixed into one,. life will be hell, you will spend nights ( coming on friday & leaving on Monday morning) working here just because someone else didn't do their job and nobody held them accountable, software engineers are treated like labors. In name of project managers you will have some old dude who is sure 2+2=5 , if you don't agree with that, good luck, has no idea about software development and delivery..
Culture - absolutely no culture of competition, learning or whatsoever, its like a dead desert where some people just happen to be employed with no goals.believe me when i say, traffic light k samne beth k gadiya ginna is more productive & good for mental health than to deal with the people in this company .
Salary Pay - pffffff what?? money?? lol .. you will be lied like anything, first few months they will pay on time so that you become comfortable then very soon pay cuts will start.. just plain random random pay cuts no explanations nothing....every member of my team suffered from unexplained pay cuts in name of timings., few hours late to office? god save your salary.
Increments - Absolutely no increments withing 3 years, but they have a trick for this.at the end of year they will promise to give you a high increment then drag it in name of formalities until next year mid, then in name of process they will take 2 years and at the end it will be full of condition and clauses, ex,.increment will be applied in 3 quarters with 30% of incrment given in every quarter. lol wuut?? believe me you will be richer working for subway.
software engineering team- Complete team resigned with all the shady things going on, no communication from management , random pay cuts, overworked people, if you are joining this company just get in touch with some former employee from linked. if you are joining in engineering lead/ CTO position at least get in touch with former team lead / members in software engineering department and listen the glories for once.
Clients - they don't have any product ready, only 2 people were forced to work on what would require a team of at least 25, no exaggerations..
CEO - hmm..ceo is a good person by heart wants the best from everyone but for some reasons nothing reaches him on time, someone has issues? well it will be lost in mid chain. turns out there isn't a democratic process for choosing CEO, even if one is not capable enough, " the founder is the CEO" logic that works here. The first thing CEO should be worried about more than any damn things is about employees.
In short - please please don't work here...its absolute hell
