Pros

- Amazing health insurance - Close proximity to taste of Syracuse

Cons

- Rampant nepotism - Regularly turns a blind eye to sexual harassment and bullying - Unrealistic work/life expectations - Constantly adds job duties without any increase in compensation - Constant micromanaging from multiple higher ups - Don't like your desk? Don't worry, you'll get shuffled around over and over because someone in management saw a crow that morning - More petty infighting than a highschool cafeteria - Loyalty means nothing, as soon as you leave everything was suddenly your fault and you were incompetent to the max despite having glowing reviews year after year.

Pyramid Management Group Response

I have been an employee of Pyramid for 25 years and the company that is represented in the comments posted on January 26, is not the company I know. Pyramid is a forward thinking entrepreneurial company that encourages members of our team to step outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves. We do embrace that culture and it is a culture that has made this company a leader and trend setter in the shopping center industry for over 45 years.. I have also had the great pleasure of seeing so many people grow and thrive in this environment, I have seen so much of that in fact it is impossible to believe that we are doing it wrong! Now that clearly does not mean we always get it right, and that we do not make mistakes, but we try to be vigilant in correcting those mistakes when they arise. Pyramid is not a perfect company and I would agree that the culture here may not be for everyone, and that 's OK. We are a company that is made up of incredibly dedicated, intelligent and hard working people that I am proud to be part of ! I know so many employees that I work with every day who are also proud to be part of this organization, and i see it every day in their attitude and in their work and the way they treat each other. Pros

Completely paid heath benefits for you and your family some salaries are really good (others are poor no consistency)

Cons

crushing workload, some members of management are fake and two faced, you are thrown into the deep end with little to no support, you are not allowed to do your job without 5 people checking your work, they cater to leasing reps and don't curb the head of that department from allowing his people to be uncooperative and difficult for the sake of being difficult. almost all are spoiled babies who make life difficult for others. I sat in an open area and have heard a dept head berate and belittle people publically more than once. Even people who are not members of their team with no repercussions, technical support is a joke, people breathing down your neck to the point of harassment to complete assignments that are not realistic, no one is happy, they had to bring a company to help figure out the high turnover problem. Salaries are all over the place and not fair for equal roles. small amount of good people are abused over and over . It wasn't a good place to work and most people are just there for the free health insurance. They are only trying to start to care because turnover is not good for the bottom line, not because they actually care about the people.

Pros

2 Great smart, intelligent, hardworking Admin Assistants, couple of good engineer's and PM's

Cons

No good training provided, spend alot of time giving orders, emailing, micromanaging, afraid to leave your desk kind of controlling, and demeaning and constant talked down at, treated like an unintelligent person, and constantly badgered about how you spend your time.
