      I love working for this company! The owners are both "hands on" and amazingly knowledgeable. They take care of their employees very well.

      Cons

      Not a lot of direction. Must be self motivated and have a strong work ethic.

      Pros

      The work experience woth colleagues is by far the best experience I've had since working with Pyxis. The self-development initiatives are amazing as they continuously look to offer trend busting opportunities. The salary is very good and the conditions are good.

      Cons

      Someone who needs to be told what to do ma have difficulty working in this environment. As well the, the offer Pyxis makes to it's clients is beyond what is currently conceivable in most organizations, which makes working at Pyxis challenging as you have to be at the forefront of your personal development to make a difference.
