      Good learning experience but very high workload.

      Pros

      Good learning experience. Will teach you to be resourceful due to limitations with budget.

      Cons

      Strong office politics. Middle managers come and go and usually self serving and don’t offer actual support to their staff. Lack of budget and resources. Pay and benefits not competitive.
