Fellow employees rallied around the poor working conditions.

Cons

Pay could not support someone living in CHS. Management / Leadership was very underqualified and not suited to handle people issues. Terrible micromanagement.

Work from home, co-workers are great, flexible, schedule

Cons

Pay is just ok, Bought by a large company (InhabitIQ) and things seemed to go downhill due to becoming very corporate. Upper management is kind of cold from the larger comapny.
