Lots of isolated working and travelling which might not suit everybodys lifestyle.

Pros

You're given great autonomy on projects; there is a good support network with the other team members. Leadership are clear with what outcome is required, a clear process is set out to follow but you can be creative in your approach to get the best out of customers. I love the team I work with; everyone is a high performer and everyone really cares. We never get micro-managed and good performance is always rewarded.

Cons

It's difficult to get the team together; we do a lot of weeks with customers which means team time together can be limited to virtual. When we do get together it's always good - as a full team thats a few times per year in the UK.
